To All Jockey Club Patrons: |
We appreciate your business and will provide additional services for this period of time in providing a high level of service
The San Mateo Event Center is hosting the Maker Faire the weekend of May 30 and 31, 2009.
The entire San Mateo County Event Center campus, including Cypress Hall and the breezeway between the Jockey Club and Cypress Hall, will not be available to Jockey Club Patrons from Wednesday, May 28 through Sunday, May 31. The Maker Faire is an annual event for the San Mateo County Event Center and because of the size of the event, this space is required.
As there will be no wagering in Cypress Hall, the east doors of the Jockey Club will be for EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY.
There will be a tent set up with TV Monitors and Wagering Terminals just north of the Jockey Club Building, on the Turf Club side.
Parking at the Event Center reserved for Jockey Club patrons will be limited to just 200 spaces, available on a first-come, first served basis. Patrons who wish to park in our lot are requested to pick up a ticket at our front counter that identifies you as a Jockey Club Patron. This will give you access to our Parking Lot, IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE.
There will be FREE PARKING at both the Hayward Park and Hillsdale Train Stations, with a FREE SHUTTLE to and from the Jockey Club. We will be providing an EXCLUSIVE JOCKEY CLUB SHUTTLE from the Hillsdale CalTrain Station for those who wish to take the train. The hours of operation will be 9:30am to 6:00pm May 30th and May 31st.
Thank You for your patronage at the Jockey Club
